研究方向
真核复杂类型细胞如干细胞/免疫细胞等基因转录后调控的机制研究正越来越受到研究者的关注。相比转录水平(组蛋白修饰,DNA修饰,转录因子等),转录后调控(RNA加工,稳定性调控等)对于细胞来说,它消耗能量更少,更便于细胞精细调控,满足复杂细胞应对发育分化/抗炎应急等外来信号的需求。本研究组围绕近期snoRNA可调控mRNA3'末端加工而影响mRNA表达水平这一新的功能发现,开展以下问题的科学探索。
1.snoRNA调控mRNA3'末端加工的机制
2.除了参与经典的rRNA/snRNA的甲基化/假尿嘧啶修饰的功能,snoRNA是否会组装到非经典的蛋白复合物,而会有其他的功能?
3. snoRNA是否能通过调控靶mRNA水平而参与干细胞分化的命运决定?
