个人简介
王海河,男,中山大学引进人才,博彩公司排名 教授。1990年-1997年先后在西北农业大学获得学士和硕士学位。2000年7月在福建农业大学获得博士学位,师从我国著名植物病理学家谢联辉院士。2001年4月—2010年12月,曾先后在新加坡国立大学(NUS)、新加坡基因研究院(GIS)和新加坡分子与细胞研究院(IMCB)从事博士后和专职研究员工作,2011年1月回国加入博彩公司排名-博彩公司评级 工作。
本团队结合小鼠肿瘤模型,利用生物化学和分子生物学方法,最先从分子机制上揭示了小分子磷酸酶PRL-3促进肿瘤发生、转移和耐药的详细机理(Cancer Research, 2006; 2007;iScience,2020);首次报道了PRL-3在转录后的翻译水平上受多聚C结合蛋白(PCBP1)独特调控的机理(Cancer Cell,2010),首先证实PCBP1是一个新的肿瘤抑制基因(Journal of Experimental & Clinical Cancer Research, 2018);首次将PRL-3作为FLT3-ITD阴性急性髓系白血病独立预后的危险因子(Cancer,2014),为PRL-3作为肿瘤转移鉴定标志作了大量基础性研究,并将基础研究与临床诊断应用有机结合起来; 另外,本团队还揭示了小鼠SH3BGRL激活MAPK和PI3K-AKT信号传导通路促进肿瘤转移的机理,并首次发现人类SH3BGRL具有相反的肿瘤抑制作用,而突变的SH3BGRL可以像鼠类SH3BGRL一样促进肿瘤转移(Oncogene, 2016)以及SH3BGRL对Her 2 阳性乳腺癌的抗药性机制(Journal of Experimental & Clinical Cancer Research, 2020)。同时,合成并明确了一种可以克服紫杉醇耐药细胞抗性的新型紫杉醇衍生物的作用机制(Cancer Letters, 2020)。此外, 还在病毒学领域有较为突出的研究成果(Journal of General Virology,2004 2篇)。已多次受邀赴美国、英国、日本、希腊及瑞士等国家参加国际学术会议,并作特邀报告。
本课题组将应用分子生物学、生物化学、细胞生物学和蛋白组学的研究手段,结合小鼠肿瘤模型,主要研究肿瘤转移过程中相关基因在肿瘤发生、转移和癌症干细胞分化形成过程中作用的分子信号传导机制,为癌症的有效诊断和治疗奠定理论和实践基础。
