个人简介
李伟强博士,博彩公司排名-博彩公司评级 教授,博士生导师。本硕博均毕业于中山大学,2009年获得干细胞与组织工程博士学位。以通讯作者或第一作者(含共同)在Cell Res、Cell Rep Med、Nat Commun等杂志发表SCI论文20篇。先后主持国家自然科学基金项目6项、广东省重点领域项目及广州市协同创新重大项目3项。获得授权国际发明专利4项、授权国内发明专利8项。曾入选广东特支计划百千万工程青年拔尖人才培养计划、广州市“珠江科技新星”等人才培养计划。

重要学术成果与贡献
神经嵴可分化为外胚层的外周神经组织、黑色素细胞及中胚层的骨/软骨、周细胞等,在不同组织器官的发育成熟、功能维持及再生修复中发挥了重要作用,其机制远未阐明。李伟强博士长期从事多能干细胞向神经嵴诱导分化的分子机制及转化研究。以人多能干细胞为体外细胞模型,揭示了神经嵴早期发育和迁移的相关调控机制,建立了神经嵴起源肠道神经元、交感神经元、周细胞等的高效诱导体系并开展移植疗效评估,提出了神经嵴相关疾病(腓骨肌萎缩、唐氏综合征等)的新的发病机理。相关研究结果有助于深入理解神经嵴在组织器官发育和疾病发病机制中的作用,也为推动神经嵴在组织损伤修复中的转化应用提供了新的思路。
