研究工作简介
研究方向为脑卒中、老年痴呆和胶质瘤等重大神经系统疾病的脑损伤机制与药物研发。研究近年集中于糖代谢关键酶对脑组织的损伤作用,发现新的脑卒中药物靶点己糖激酶2(HK2),并展开HK2促进炎症、外泌体生成等脑损伤机制探索;承担1.1类急性缺血性脑卒中新药YC-6(已进入II期临床试验)的临床前药效学与神经保护机制的研究,主持实施了YC-6及其同系物预防急性高原性脑损伤等其他适应症应用的研究;作为十一五重大新药创制负责人,主持了抗脑缺血基因工程直接溶栓药物研发。此外,还参与恶性实体瘤的诱导分化治疗研究,发现生物毒素、小分子及其组合物诱导胶质瘤细胞分化的作用,并展开恶性胶质瘤诱导分化治疗及其分子机制研究。
