个人简介

黄潋滟,博士,教授,博士生导师,中山大学引进人才。

黄潋滟博士本科毕业于原第一军医大学临床医学专业,后师从我国公共卫生学著名学者邹飞教授获得细胞生物学硕士及博士学位。2012年至2017年在美国纽约大学Guang Yang及Wenbiao Gan教授实验室完成博士后培训,该实验室为在体双光子成像领域国际领军实验室。

黄潋滟教授长期从事神经系统功能研究,研究成果发表于Science Translational Medicine、Nature Neuroscience、Molecular Psychiatry等杂志;研究成果被Science Translational Medicine评选为封面文章,Nature杂志专门为其工作撰写评论文章(Nature 2016, 536:36);研究成果被应用于FDA临床用药指南(FDA Drug Safety Communication 2017)。

研究方向

1)认知功能障碍的神经环路机制及治疗:探讨麻醉、衰老及发育异常引起的认知功能障碍,揭示其神经环路机制及治疗手段。

2)感知觉与情绪相互作用的神经机制:研究慢性疼痛过程中,大脑皮层神经元及胶质细胞活性的改变及作用,探讨神经元树突对慢性痛信息的编码和整合,解析不同类型神经元及星形胶质细胞、小胶质细胞及其递质对慢性痛的调节。此方向的长期目标是:揭示慢性痛的神经编码规律及分子靶点,通过在体调控神经编码帮助慢性痛患者减轻症状。

3)神经炎症在神经系统疾病中的作用:以神经退行性疾病及自身免疫性疾病为模型,研究神经炎症在疾病发生、发展中的作用,探讨其细胞和分子机制。此方向的长期目标是:揭示神经炎症在神经系统疾病发生、发展中的作用及机制,寻找通过调控炎症治疗疾病的方法。
