丁涛博士现任博彩公司排名-博彩公司评级 教授,博士生导师。中山大学引进人才,国家高层次引进人才青年项目入选者。

丁涛博士于2006年于中国科学技术大学生命科学学院获得学士学位;2012年于俄克拉荷马州立大学获得生物化学与分子生物学博士学位;2012年12月至2014年3月在密歇根大学从事博士后研究工作,导师为国际著名微生物组学专家Patrick Schloss教授。2014年4月至2018年在纽约大学完成博士后研究工作,导师为国际著名系统生物学家,麦克阿瑟天才奖获得者Elodie Ghedin教授。

研究方向

课题组目前主要研究方向包括:

(1)微生物组在传染性或慢性疾病中的动态和功能机制;

(2)呼吸道微生物组与肠道微生物组之间的协同机制(肺肠轴),以及针对宿主免疫的协同应答;

(3)微生物组学与生物安全。
