黄玮俊,男,77年7月生。中山大学干细胞与组织工程中心副教授,博士生导师。中华医学会医学遗传学分会青年委员,广东医学会医学遗传学分会委员,广东遗传学会青年委员,广东省精准医学应用学会神经遗传病分会常务委员。

主要研究方向:
间质干细胞(MSC)具有广阔的临床应用前景,但在临床转化上存在靶向病灶和适应症选择不精准、细胞功能有差异、治疗机制未完全明晰等关键瓶颈。围绕这些问题,本人进行针对性研究,并取得系列成果。作为项目骨干,参与两项国家重点研发计划;并主持两项国自然面上在内的8项省部级课题,金额超1000万元。已发表SCI文章48篇,其中以通讯/第一作者在PNAS、Nat Commun、Mol Ther、Cell Discov等杂志发表文章17篇:
1. 推进MSC精准治疗:基于机器学习,研发自免病的病情监测系统和细胞通讯的生信分析工具,实现对适应症的精准选择(J Neuroinflammation,一区TOP;Front Immunol,二区TOP);构建趋化因子受体修饰MSC,确保细胞精准靶向病灶(Mol Ther,一区TOP);发现MSC分泌GBP1,引诱弓形虫趋向细胞,精准实施宿主防御(PNAS,一区TOP)。
2. 发现MSC新功能亚群:发现MSC生物标志物nestin调控核膜稳态,延缓细胞衰老(Nat Commun,一区TOP);据此筛选食蟹猴卵巢nestin阳性细胞,改善卵巢早衰症状(Cell Discov,一区TOP)。
3. 揭示MSC新治疗机理:发现MSC兴奋“肺-脑轴”环路,改善抑郁症小鼠的行为异常(Nat Commun,一区TOP);兴奋脾神经缓解高血压(Sci China Life Sci,一区TOP);发现IGFBP7、STC2和MGP等介导MSC免疫调节的新效应分子(Mol Ther,一区TOP;Cell Death Dis,一区TOP)。
