个人简介

徐劲,博士,博彩公司排名评级网教授,博士生导师。博士毕业于博彩公司排名评级网,获生理学博士学位。2021年至2026年在美国杜克大学从事博士后研究,2026年由中山大学引进回国,中山大学逸仙学者。从事神经科学及神经病理性疼痛研究,以独立第一作者身份在Nature、Neuron、Pain、Anesthesiology等国际学术期刊发表多篇论文。

 

研究方向

由神经损伤、糖尿病及化疗等因素引起的神经病理性疼痛和外周神经退行性病变严重影响人类健康。胶质细胞通过多种机制支持并调控神经元功能,在疼痛信号传递与调控中发挥重要作用。我的研究重点关注胶质细胞在神经系统中的功能及其在疼痛调控中的作用。研究首次揭示了这些胶质细胞的重要保护功能:1. 在外周神经系统背根神经节中,卫星胶质细胞能够向感觉神经元转移线粒体;2. 在中枢神经系统脊髓中,发现星形胶质细胞表达的孤儿G蛋白偶联受体 GPR37L1 可以调控突触传递。这些研究揭示了外周和中枢胶质细胞此前未被充分认识的功能,为理解外周神经病变的发生机制提供了新的见解,并为神经病理性疼痛的治疗提供了新策略。

 

目前课题组主要研究:1. 神经病理性疼痛和外周神经退行性病变;2. 中枢和外周神经系统中的胶质细胞;3. 细胞间的线粒体转移及其神经调控机制。
